Melanesian Tourist Services Limited was the main prioneer of tourism in PNG. It is 100% PNG owned and operated. The Company was primarily formed to develop tourism and was primarily responsible for opening up the Highlands, Sepik, Madang, Trobriand Islands & more recently Kavieng. MTS operates a complete inbound tourist service and is based in Madang with offices in Port Moresby, Kavieng and Los Angeles. Agencies operate in all centres throughout PNG as well as Japan, Australia and Europe. |

Kalibobo Village is the latest and most exciting tourist village development which provided 5 star, self contained suites and bungalows on a 6 acre waterfront site along Dallman Passage, opposite Krangket Island and adjacent to the beautiful Madang Resort. The resort features total security together with a large private lagoon with a sandy beach (under construction)
Whilst Kalibobo operates as a seperate resort, all services are provided by the Madang Resort and access is provided by electric cars. |

 | MTS Ships Agent MTS Limited provide a Ships Agency service specifically for tourist ships and visiting motor yachts. Apart from providing normal inward and outward clearances, MTS can provide lecturers, guides, pilots and other essential information on many main ports and more isolated islands throughout PNG |

Film Location Management. MTS are experienced in providing location management and associated services in most parts of PNG. Catering, camp accommodation, logistical support as well as recruitment of labour, local actors and senior PNG staff to act as negotiators with landowners and cultural groups. |
